Elk Avenue Live Work Lofts

This idea started the move toward live/work lofts in Jackson Hole. Peter Stewart of Stewart Construction and Brad Hoyt of CTA conceived a 22,000 sqft office/industrial/retail building with employee housing attached. Today, this building is the home of Brainfarm (the producer of Art of Flight movie), Stewart Construction, Advanced Concrete, among others. Each space is approximately 3,000 sqft divided among industrial space, office/retail and loft-style 2 bedroom housing. This property enjoys views of Munger Mountain and Glory Bowl to the west and the National Forest to the east.
