Chad has lived in the valley for nearly 20 years, and in those two decades he has been involved with the construction of more than 150 homes in the Teton County. As the agency’s resident General Contractor, Chad has not only built homes, today he also works as an owner’s representative, making him an integral part of the Prugh Real Estate knowledge base. His experience managing projects, makes him an exceptional problem solver. When not working, he spends time in the outdoors with his wife Rose.
