Ryan’s goal is to help working families find stability through homeownership. Prior to joining Prugh Real Estate in 2023, he spent a decade with his finger on the pulse of housing-related issues across the valley and the state working as a photojournalist for local, national and international news publications. His continued work both as a freelance photographer and with Jackson-based house movers Shacks on Racks keeps local housing and development at the center of his day-to-day life. Ryan is a member of the housing advocacy group ShelterJH and a proponent of local historic preservation efforts. He and his wife call Star Valley home, where they’re renovating a small circa-1950 log cabin originally built in what is now Grand Teton National Park.
